About the role
You will lead design and documentation on some of the studio's most complex projects, from tidal waterfronts to urban flood-resilience parks. You will work closely with a principal, manage day-to-day client relationships and help grow the next generation of designers on the team.
What you will do
Lead projects from concept through construction documents and site observation
Coordinate engineers, ecologists and agency reviewers across multiple commissions
Develop grading, planting and detailing that hold up in the field
Present to clients, community boards and public agencies
Mentor junior designers and review drawing sets
What you bring
6–10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture
Licensure, or on track to complete it within a year
Strong construction documentation and grading skills
Experience with public or waterfront projects is a strong plus
Clear, calm communication with non-designers
